5. Can I visit your store before the security check?
Yes, we operate three stores which are located on the landside of the airport. You will be able to visit these shops before the security check. If you wonder, how to get there, take a look to our direction description (number 4.).
6. What kind of payment methods can I use at PAX at the Frankfurt Airport?
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, China Union Pay, EC, Maestro
We accept the following currencies: EURO, USD, GBP, JPY, CHF, DKK, NOK, SEK, AUD, CAD
7. How do I get my tax refund at Frankfurt Airport? (only non-EU-residents)
In order for you to get your tax refund, we provide you with the necessary form. We will hand this form to you during your purchase. To be granted, the passport number as well as your permanent home address (outside of the EU!) is required. You will need to present the form together with the merchandise, your ticket/ boarding pass, and passport at the customs office nearby. Afterwards, you will receive the customs stamp in order to prove the export. Please make sure that the stamp is placed on the receipt as well as on the form. To finalize this process come back to one of our shops and we will give you the refund immediately.
8. Does the price include VAT?
Yes, all our provided prices shown include the valid VAT in Germany.

11. How is the warranty policy of the products I buy from PAX?
All our products are covered with a two-year warranty in Germany. Due to other countries regulations, the warranty duration may vary. If you have any problems just contact us (info@pax-airport-shopping.com). We are happy to help you.
12. Do you offer discount regularly?
We have regularly a changing variety of products on sale, keep yourself updated by checking this website!
13. What is your Return Policy?
You can return the purchased product within 2 weeks (incl. delivery time) if it fulfills these requirements: You still possess the original receipt. It is still in its original packaging and it has not been used. In this case, please contact us directly and we will advise you about the procedure (info@pax-airport-shopping.com).
